Coming from someone who has worked shitty jobs, had control freaks of managers, and been fired before, I see why people want to quit their jobs. When you are underpaid by these companies, get treated like shit by people who are one ring up the totem pole from you, and customers are dickheads, that's the perfect storm to say fuck all this.
