About two months ago I quit a toxic job because I was getting harassed and my job was getting sabotaged. The place did nothing about it and decided to promote the people causing the problem. Now I’m working at a better place where I don’t have to deal with that shit. I had told my mum about the previous place and she told me that “every work place has drama and to stay out of it.” I was never out seeking to get involved they were only treating me like shit because I had no experience in the field and I didn’t fit into their clique.
