I stood my ground on my new job..regarding a schedule fix and a x amount of work hours

And now I'm not getting to work like a mule to substitute xyz colleagues and only work in a fixed schedule. Ps. I get payed extra because I work between the hours of 16:00-01:00. Don't be the yes ma'am person. It won't get you loyalty but stress.
