backstory: I took a day off work due to health issues. and yesterday when i was about to leave for work I got a call from my boss, telling me not to come in for a few weeks so they can “rework the schedule” and “its okay if you look for a new job”. Considering: I at one point worked 7 days a week for two MONTHS, working over nights, doubles, and regular evening shifts in the same week, every week. I had responsibilities added like ordering product for the store. As soon as i take a day to come to work refreshed and not in constant pain. This job doesnt even give you a break, you work 8 hours straight and barely get to use the restroom.
Ive been trying to get everything in writing but they insist on phone calls. idk what to do atp.
