Hi antiworkers
A lot of people are switching jobs because their job aint good. I think work places noticed that workers can work even though with less people working and that people are replaceable with even harder workers.
So i think that is why we live in burn out society. I think this is what went wrong. In a company they see people leave (because they were misusing people) they say they could replace them with garder workers or not replace them at all and the thing still functioned. And it came to a point where a lot of work places are so bad to work at and that is why a lot of people dont want to work.
I quited my job yesterday and i am stressing a lot but people were crying and other bad stuff. I couldnt take it anymore, quiting was the best idea even though i dont have anything else now but i will search!
What to do about it? Working less hard, everyone. Please. We are not that smart right now, we let companies win. We have to let them see that they need us and that they have to respect us. This world is wild.
So we all, as a group of all coworkers, we have to just do our job just fine, just what the money is worth and nothing more. So if you get a low pay check, why would we all work do hard for it? I get it when you are a dctor with high respondibility but your pay check would be way higher. Do the work your pay check is worth, thats how it should be to me.
It is insane, the work space, i worked for one month and they were afraid of the boss, couldnt take a day off or they would be overloaded by stress, were complaining and crying and working way more hours than on their contracts because of the fear of more stress and burnout. This was terrible. I am now trying to find a better job.
So if we all could stop working too hard for a job that doesnt deserve your hard work, we could burn out burnout society?
Sorry for english mistakes, not a fluent speaker, i am on the phone and there are no red or blue lines… why arent there? It would be so more easier to typ a text.
I hope this works because this isnt normal. I didnt give too much details about my own experience but believe me when i say that is was bad.
Work should be because you want to be useful in society and get money to live. Not a stress show about too little money or disrespect or burnout. I get why people dont want to work. I hope my next place is a smarter place.
