I think I’m getting fired and they misclassified me as exempt… (California)

I believe I'm getting fired. I've been locked out of all our cloud storage and accounts, the manager (Head Chef) isn't getting back to me. I am the Asst Chef for an “upscale” restaurant that just opened a week ago. I was hired a month ago. – First, I was classified as exempt with a salary that is at exactly the state minimum for exempt. However, I'm not a manager as defined (that I can tell) on the state website, I don't perform in that capacity. Also, my paycheck has a completely different job title listed and that title is an hourly position at barely above minimum wage. Ive been working 60+ hours a week, no breaks, no overtime, not a single day off. They have not tracked any working hours, only days. – The event leading to (poss.) termination: 3 days ago (07/16), we got a bad customer review.…

– The event leading to (poss.) termination: 3 days ago (07/16), we got a bad customer review. The person was calling out management for not appropriately addressing hair in their food (no one addressed it, period) and was upset. The customer attempted to resolve it with the manager/owner, but was told they would not comp the meal or anything – tough luck. So, they wrote a review directed to management.

That customer also happens to be a family member of mine. No one knew that at the time of them coming in, they were there in the capacity of a regular customer. But, once management found out, all hell broke loose. First, they tried guilting me into having the review removed. As far as I know, they haven't attempted to contact the actual customer at all. The next day (07/17), the owner was furious, berating everything I was doing, then finally started just screaming at me about random stuff he thought was wrong. I was told to leave, went to my car and informed my supervisor (Head Chef), and went home.My wife found a law called the “Yelp Bill”. Retaliation in Consumer Online Reviews – would this count for that? Where do I report it? I can't find anything online on actually reporting it.

As of 9am today I am locked out of the Drive. Chef isn't responding to me. I have no idea whats happening.

I obviously need an attorney, but I don't even know what to focus on, where to go, can anything even be done?

I did report some things to the State last night, like the pay discrepancy, that they don't have any required labor posters up, that paychecks came sporadically, no workers comp, etc etc. But, if I know anything, it's that government is slow.
