I think I’ve been “quiet quitting” for the last few years, without even realizing it

I work in an office environment and I had this realization when a colleague of mine called me out for not actively working. She had, over the years, made subtle comments, but I guess she just couldn't hold it in anymore. Quite frankly, I could have went at her, but I didn't want to waste my breath on her, so I went to my manager's office, with the door open, said the following in a loud voice that, probably, the entire office heard. “manager's name, have I ever received a poor review on my annual performance review? No. Have you or anyone at the company raised a concern with the quality of my work output? No. Have I ever failed to get anything you or anyone else asked me to get done in an hour? No. Do you have any problems with me as an employee or as a colleague?…

manager's name, have I ever received a poor review on my annual performance review? No. Have you or anyone at the company raised a concern with the quality of my work output? No. Have I ever failed to get anything you or anyone else asked me to get done in an hour? No. Do you have any problems with me as an employee or as a colleague? I'm sure I would've heard it if anyone had raised it. Thank you for the clarificafion.” After I said that, I didn't even wait for his response and sat at my desk, without saying anything else, didn't even bother to acknowledge her or her whining, and went on my quiet quitting.
