I think my boss drew the last straw. Need advise.

I work for a small construction company as their IT guy reporting to the CEO. I've been working my butt off to help grow the company over the past year, but I'm always stunted by the CEO. Recently he has been making a series of decisions based on emotion instead of reason/logic, so I'm starting to seriously doubt the state of leadership in this company. He spends very little time in the office, doesn't train managers and gets mad when managers don't properly manage. I've really just been staying with the company because It's gonna look very good on my Resume, however the pay is supremely subpar and the leadership is absolutely lacking.

The last straw was today. He fired a very good worker because he didn't like her personality. She didn't cause trouble, she was hard working and filled a much needed role in the company. He gave no warning and at the slightest inconvenience, just fired her. I have almost no respect for him now.

Is the experience to put on my resume really worth it? Should I stay or should I go?
