I think my new employer is deducting my overtime pay

I work for a small company that was recently bought out by a bigger firm. We just finished getting enrolled in the new pay platform last month and today I noticed significant lower pay than I was expecting. We get paid bimonthly (twice a month, every two weeks). My company pays $21 an hour by the hour for 40 hours a week and then time and a half for every OT hour worked. In a two week period, I worked 84 hours: 4 hours of OT, and 80 hours of regular work, one can argue that because I used 4 hours of sick leave that’s not really working but it went towards my overall 84 hours in that period. Note: I’ve not noticed before if the employer has recently deducted OT pay when I used my sick leave in the same period and tbh I don’t work OT or use…

Anyways, I’ve already reached out to my boss but I’m scared they’re gonna corporate talk their way out of it. I live in FL and I’ve been with this company for two years. Can employers argue that used company sick leave cannot be counted towards your overall work hours in a pay period? That just doesn’t sound right to me

Edit: thanks for the replies, and the links for resources!
