My office got an email from the president that for the summer we can “flex our hours to leave as early as 3pm.” I have lots of friends that get to leave early on fridays during the summer so last friday I left at 3. When I get back in the office the next week my boss tells me that we can only leave at 3 if we get there at 7am. How is that a perk???
