My work loves me and I've been here for 4 years . Recently I was asked how long I was planning on staying and I told my boss that I was moving out of state in the fall ( so 6 to 7 months from now). I also told her it's not confirmed yet, as my wife and I don't have plans yet. It's just what we want to do.
Ever since then, my boss keeps making comments about how I'm leaving so soon and doesn't want me to participate in trainings that are directly related to my work now. I feel that these training could really benefit my work for the next 6 months.
Is this weird or a red flag?
