I took my shitty raise and my shitty bonus, and took a job offer the next day.

Been underpaid and overworked at my job for a year and a half. Waited 3 months for my annual performance review when everyone else’s was done. My old job asked me to give more than two weeks, that was the most pathetic plea and I said no with confidence. Cue to “I wish you told us earlier” and “we were going to promote you (for the same pay) in 3 months”

Nah, thanks anyway. I won’t miss anyone except the IT dude who sold me weed.
