I had just gotten back from a week of working at home. I had to fight to get a return to work letter. I get back and the first thing that’s said to me, (Hr)was because of my medical issues I should just quit. Why bother.
I’m a disabled vet. I have been told to lie down and quit since my leg got injured. I fight everyday to keep working and living the same life that everyone else has. To be told by HR that i shouldn’t seems legitimately like discrimination.
Im not going to sue or anything. I just think that’s a terrible fucking way for a company to be.
I managed a whole day before her words echoing in my head all day got to me. The toxic boss sent out his hourly complaining email and I’d had it. I handed in my phone and walked away.
