This happened a little over a year ago. I was fired after telling my boss I needed to go to an ultrasound appointment with my doctor and was imminently fired later that day. I even asked him what was the reason and he told me it was because my wife is pregnant and he didn't want to deal with it. I contacted the EEOC and they told me because I am a man it isn't discrimination. Fuck the American government for allowing this kind of shit to occur.
