This is mostly just to rant.
I like to describe myself as a good worker. I help when I can. I do work no one else wants to do. I show up on time and even start early sometimes if they need me. I got along really well with my coworkers and did really well with customers. Why was I fired? I called off seven times over three months. Yes I know that’s a lot but unfortunately for me I have health problems and family to attend to. They told me I can only call off three times during a three month period. They did not tell me this. Why didn’t they tell me after the third time? Why didn’t they fire me after the fourth time? I don’t know but I am upset. I have seen people not do a lick of work and not be reprimanded for it. There’s one particulate lady that would periodically cuss out other coworkers(in front of customers might I add) then dip out for two hours on the clock and yet nothing ever happened to her. I’m embarrassed. I need a drink.
