I was fired today after a month of employment

Hi, I just finished my bachelor’s and started working on an entry level job at the private medical office. It was new to me as I’m an international and never worked in US before, only volunteered. I was happy at first, but then realized that office was getting way busier and some people left as well and nobody was willing to explain what to do so I had to basically be “annoying “ and ask or google. I was fired because “someone complained” that I was on my phone and that additionally I’m not taking advises and not willing to learn. As much as I understand that patient is first, I felt slapped in the face as I knew it wasn’t true but nobody even asked my side of story. Nobody in the office who saw me working AND taking work for other people defended me. Out of all this…
