I’ve investigated further and found out that many private practices that are in the health sciences field such as dentists, veterinarians, optometrists, chiropractors etc. end up hiring business consultants to provide management plans, hiring strategies, training for employees and a popular model is actually Scientology based. I asked our manager for the results of my personality test and she told me she couldn’t give it to me. The exam consists of 200 questions that you fill out on a scan tron that gets entered into a computer. Now I’m wondering if my info has been entered into a Scientology database somewhere without my consent. My coworkers seem like great people but a little naive. They all say that they are not in a cult and not Scientologist but it seems that a lot of their professional development is in fact L Ron Hubbard materials. Tone scales, etc. I want my results and want to know where my info is and what it is being used for. Scientology makes me very uncomfortable and I don’t know about sticking with this job. Why are so many work places culty like this? I feel so dirty and naive for doing the test.
