I was at work last week and my boss called me to his office, he explained to me that I cant sit around all day because he doesn't pay me to do nothing. I then told him that when I applied for this job I told him he shouldn't expect me to work like a normal employee. He said I had a week to improve my work ethic or he would fire me. Well, today my boss told me the bad news and I have been crying all day, I'm 29 and was just fired from my only job. I was wondering if there was any legal action I could take to receive enough money to hold onto until I can get a better paying job.
