I was just offered a job as an electrician at a top 10 rated US ski resort to do heavy duty ski lift maintenance. They said healthcare doesn’t kick in until 90 days after start date. Is this normal? I will be working on high voltage circuits, 1000 horsepower motors, in the mountains.
