I was rejected a job interview due to my clothing

So this was my second interview at this company and when I go into it meeting an Asian Male manager in front of the work area. He just gets a smug look at his face and looks like he's about to laugh. Then he talks to me saying that he doesn't like how my shirt is shorter than my arms while saying why I couldn't have a white shirt on my white collar suit practically yelling at me about that (I didn't have any white shirts at the time so I picked grey). Then pointed at my shoes saying it's not correct attire (while I wore the same shoes in the same interview last time bruh). This isn't some prestige company either it's literally an entry level job that pays $10 per hour.

I have since emailed the owner and other people in the department. I haven't heard anything back and I don't think him shouting at me in front of coworkers would get any justice on that on my part. I feel bad for the people who do work for him though.

Management and company higher ups ask “wHy No onE iS APPLyINg” when we have to deal with disrespect and possible discrimination or even yelling trying to get a entry job working for them.
