I work in a technology driven industry and we held a belated party today, it's a company that prides itself into being cool and non exploitative.
I got a chance to have a talk with the big boss while he was drunk and got him to question some of his profit driven ideals, he prides himself with being progressive but always comes down to a profit driven mentality I.e giving employees leeway only because it helps productivity and not because hey we're human beings that deserve better.
I managed to question some of his ideas while praising him.
