I'm sorry I just need to vent for a second. I was informed today by a coworker that on Friday my boss was informed that I wasn't a team player and needed to be replaced immediately. Why am I not a team player? Because my coworker has quit and I told my boss I wouldn't work 12 hour shifts or 7 days a week. Before I was told to move from my former position to my currently one my coworker and boss worked 12 hour shifts for over a year because they refused to hire anyone to help. It wasn't until my boss threatened to quit did they tell me, not ask by the way, to do my current job. My boss said they wouldn't do 12 hours or 7 days either. But here I'm not a team player for saying the same. I want nothing more to quit. But I don't know if I will yet. Sorry for the wall of text just needed to vent.
