So basically, i am gonna work 12 days straight, currently on day 7. Initially, the agreement was that i work the weekends in exchange for this whole week, except for Monday off. Sounds like a good deal, so i took it.
Suddenly, my manager told me that i will have to work up to Thursday. I told her that it wasn't part of the agreement. She then said that it was only because of 'goodwill' that she wanted to give me the rest of the week off. But I wouldn't have agreed to come in on the weekends otherwise. I asked about how the other colleagues get to work only Monday to Thursday. She said that it was fair that they worked 4 days this week and so did I. When i asked about counting the weekends, she said that i was rude for questioning her.
She then sent me a message when i left that said 'I hope you don't think that you are overworked, i hope we are clear'.
I can't resign because i have a house coming up and it needs me to have 12 months straight employment of the same company. This manager has made my life a hell, she called a meeting to make fun of my pink phone case as well as insulting my family. Went to HR but nothing happened except her being more and more unfair.
