I waited and finally called to inquire and it was very weird the lady answered said a DM wouldn’t hire me and hung up…I later reapplied in a different position and when I got info that I was placed on a do not hire list by the DM whom I’ve never met or spoken to! The company was going through restructuring so lots of the staff had quit a sales lead who was acting as the store manager for the time being (who was 17) did my interview. I have so many questions as to why the dm that I’ve never met would put me on a list like that! I have no record of any kind I was professional and dressed professionally and It’s really bothering me to be on a list saying for the company to never hire me for absolutely no reason, that I can understand! Would it make things worse if I reached out to the dm as I have never spoke with her, or would it only make it worse, would she actually tell me anything as to why I ended up on such a list, or possibly even take me off the list?
