We are small (under 10 workers), members of the us federation of worker coops, we have been trying to do more solidarity work and outreach. It seems like most people need capital to start a coop. But with millions of people being anti work you'd think there'd be more avenues for this, please share them if you got them!
Some small things:
-We refuse to work on Mondays which has ruffled some client feathers but has worked in our favor shifting work expectations and culture.
-We say no a lot to pressure and manufactured urgency and it almost always is fine, pushing back works when others have your back
