I work over 60 hours a week and never got a single hour of overtime pay

I work full time where my schedule is 7 consecutive days every other week. I will work Sat-Friday, then have Sat and Sun off. Then I’ll work Mon-Wed and be off Thursday &Friday. But then it repeats, and I work Saturday-Friday again. (I never get more than 2 days off consecutively, it’s not like I work 7 days then I’m off 7 days). So in a given calendar week, I’m working about 63 hours (every other week) and I have never gotten a single hour of overtime pay. I’ve been at this job for 3 years. They tell me the “pay cycle” is Wednesday to Wednesday, so because of this in a given “pay cycle”, those 7 consecutive days aren’t seen as consecutive and that’s how they can get away with not paying OT. Are they allowed to do this..?
