I would be interested to see how much remote work has reduced workplace harassment

It's been 2+ years since I've been creeped on by a coworker, and the idea of having to return to the office and being required to share space with some of these people is already exasperating. Though people can still say/do upsetting things over calls/video chats/email, they are often on record so it is easier to prove. Before anyone tells me I need to quit my job, it is with a company that has one of the better reputations in gender relations – I just work in IT(Also in school, hoping to move on and up with time). Dealing with harassment/sexism is essentially a job requirement. It isn't possible or practical to report every transgression. I doubt any managers have actually weighed this while contemplating how to force butts into office chairs, though
