If a major corporation started paying liveable wages, wouldn’t that make them more money?

So I’m younger so bare with me this is my first post and I don’t have a good knowledge of economics but just hear this out. If one major corporation were to start paying higher wages in all the jobs they provide because they make so much that they could, wouldn’t they get a large influx of workers? And that would help them expand and make more money because they have more workers?
