I’m sorry if this is the wrong sub. I’m looking to get a WFH job, and I’ve got a couple questions about it.
Let’s say I’m scheduled to work 8 hours a day. If I can complete my work and do a good job on it within 6-7 hours, then can I then take the other 1-2 hours of work to do what I want?
I know a lot of employers use tracking software to monitor productivity. Do employers usually bother checking this software, or is it only checked if an employee isn’t performing to standard?
