if I’m terminated over conduct or insubordination reasons would I still qualify for unemployment?

I work retail in Illinois, if that helps at all. I'm pretty sure I'm going to lose my job over an interaction with a customer that turned out to be an exec and I'm very nervous about the possibility of having no income at all while I hunt down another position.
