If the owner of your company is very difficult and hard to deal with… remember they may be self employed because nobody will hire them and they cannot hold down a job.

Seriously where I have my business a lot of small business people have their own gig. If you are struggling with a loser boss… he/she might have been fired from their jobs for being so difficult to deal with. This might have been the reason he was forced to have his own business. Nobody would keep him around for being incompetent. They could have a learning disability and expect people to cover and prop themselves up. His personality could be one so obnoxious he only has a business just to control people. I once had a boss that I later found out had a white collar crime felony. Just saying—–
