If you could do one thing. outside of politics, to help promote improving worker knowledge or experience, What would you do?

I would be putting up billboards on all the majors roads with giant sentences like: “it is illegal to prevent employees from discussing wages” “Unpaid time is illegal, all worked seconds, minutes or hours be paid at the agreed upon wages. “They don't give us two weeks notice, don't even give them a day.” Etc
