Inflation in 2021 was 7.48%, so if your raise wasn’t at least 7.5% you actually got a pay cut. My raise was 1%. I got a shitty review due to a shitty boss, who has since left the business thank god, which was a direct cause of my poor raise. I never would have gotten enough to cover inflation anyway, no one ever does.
