I am concerned that she said this to me, but also concerned because I have now been at this job for 2 weeks and the person that is supposed to be training me has not been to work. She has not contacted me about what is going on, and my supervisor has not told me anything about why she hasn’t been to work. I messaged her last week but only got a reply mid week this week. If you see my previous posts, I had a coworker that was trying to push my out of the office. I complained so much and the company was working on moving her since she was treating me so terribly, but the company took too long so we both quit at the same time. I am afraid that this will happen again, but this time I have other coworkers that are nice and supportive, and I also have a supervisor, albeit one that doesn’t seem very helpful. I don’t want to contact HR yet because of my concerns about communication, and talk to my supervisor about the plan of how my work will be allocated with this other person. I have been being trained by another very awesome person, but she said that this person that I will be working with is “difficult” and to not take it personally. This person currently training is an awesome person who would probably be the one to help me if anything gets toxic. I don’t want to quit, but what would you do in this situation?
