If you were offered a 4 day work week, which would you prefer?

Would you prefer a 3 day weekend (Fri/Sat//Sun for example) or a day off during the week (Wednesday for example)? Keep in mind that in this scenario all other businesses, entertainment, and travel companies function as they do now.
