…you’d think the boss would show up for an interview. I only got 5 emails over the past three days through the company’s automated system reminding me about it. I show up and I’m told that person isn’t here, they’ll take my name and phone and get back to me.
This is a business that has signage up the wazoo about how they’re hiring. I felt like my time was completely wasted and it doesn’t exactly give me much confidence that this place is managed well. They gave me some excuse about how it’s their “automated system” but if they’re not going to use it why do they have it? One of the main reasons I applied there was because they tout an easy hiring process.
