Ideal dream job, Endgame?

Hi guys, I’m working with a startup and we’re going to be needing some people fairly soon. If you could have a say so in some perks in your job, what would those be? Im not talking about the minimum like good pay, benefits, vacation,etc. Im talking about things that normal people would love. Like for example, my old job had a monthly employee lunch where one of us would choose and we would all go try different places. (Small company / before covid) Im genXer myself and know the struggle and as such, we’re putting up a laundry list of things that can benefit us get ideal candidates and maybe catch talent dropping from other places. Some of the things already on the list are: CEO to employee ratio cap( meaning the highest position can’t make so much more than the lowest position) Fully Remote Unlimited PTO Paid Daycare…

Some of the things already on the list are:

CEO to employee ratio cap( meaning the highest position can’t make so much more than the lowest position)
Fully Remote
Unlimited PTO
Paid Daycare / or GYM
Internet / Cellphone monthly allowance
