Hi all,
My girlfriend works for the same yoga company but in two different capacities. She teaches classes in one function and get paid hourly for that, but separately manages the work space, scheduling, and communications Which she is also paid hourly for. These are both for the same company but treated as seperate positions.
Independently the two seperate jobs are not over 40 hours, but together it's close to 60.
Is that legal? Shouldn't this be considered full time with benefits?
Where can I got to find more information?
