They said I am comparing myself to a failing group and the reason I had numbers at all was because of them. I lost a deal because of their meetings and I lost a deal because they handle contracts and went on vacation for 2weeks, I haven’t been on vacation once in the year except for a funeral, I missed out on the last chance to see my grandfather before his passing because I thought I was the problem and that my deals haven’t made their way to close even though I closed the deal 6 months ago. Granted some of it is the nature of the industry, most of it is the “do it the way I told you, do it my way, do it now” attitude. I am very very close to defaulting and being unable to cover my expenses so in the meeting about my behavior I thanked them for the opportunity and left. Now I am working gigs and having to choose between food and a vet bill.
