I work at a car dealership processing the warranty claims so we get paid by the manufacturer. I just was written up on Friday for 2 separate issues, both that I have no control over. One was a “written warning” and the other was a “final written warning”. Both are total bullshit though. I think the only reason they did 2 was so they had a final written warning so they can try to make sure when I apply for unemployment I don’t get it. The end of the month is always a big push to process as much as possible so the department’s numbers look good on the reports our millionaire owners look at. So I am assuming they are keeping me u til then. I plan on spending this time printing emails, and reports that show that the write ups aren’t valid and that everyone knows and is just playing along with this farce. My direct supervisor is who wrote me up and he even agreed with me that I have no control over what I was written up for. I was hoping to get him saying as much on recording, but i think he feels guilty because he won’t even look me in the eye. Just wanted to vent. Fuck these mother fuckers.
