I work in a grocery warehouse. I'm going to keep this vague for obvious reasons. Anyways, my workplace is very highly regarded, even by me. The pay is above average, good benefits, the hours suck but it can't all be perfect. I have a meeting with the iwww in the morning & I'm looking for advice on what I can do to help this succeed. My coworkers all seem to just be happy enough with what they've got and I haven't spoken up too loudly. Any help is appreciated.
