I really don't want to get into the specifics because it's just a stupid thing blown out of proportion but I'm the lowest level person at work who has to be there every day if the week while due to COVID everyone else comes in once or twice a week. I made a suggestion about how to solve a problem and I live in this twilight zone world where suggesting something means rule of law apparently. So I'm being asked to write a letter to someone apologizing for “misleading” them.
I have about $7K saved up so it's not like I'd rage quit and then immediately regret it but I live in a HCOL area and I'm legit worried about winding up homeless.
How do I cut the cord?
