Been with a Midwest telecom company for 10+ years. For about 8 years I've got nothing but amazing reviews. Promoted multiple times. But that's all changing. I'm getting written up tomorrow in a clear attempt to push me out while training my replacement at the same time. At will employment state. I believe this is coming from me mentioning that I have a lot of hours that I'm working without pay because they required me to forward my office phone to personal, even after hours. They offer a $35 phone reimbursement. On top of that. Boss talks about fucking a rich guy so she could be a sugar momma but I'm getting written up for saying “hell” as in “what the hell am I supposed to do for daycare” when they required 5 hrs of overtime outside of when my daycare is open. A lot of other mundane stuff added to the verbal warning. Like requiring me to print color copies of items but not having a color copier. Taking on responsibilities of jobs multiple pay grades above and below me. I've been applying other places with some response. I'm just so destroyed. I've given my all to this place for a decade. I love my job and the people I work with. They bring in a new manager and an under qualified supervisor and it has just broken me. I know hr isn't on my side but they have an arbitration agreement on file so I don't know who to turn to. I want to be paid for the hours I work, I want to not have to listen to my supervisor talk about finding a rich guy to fuck so she can quit. I want to do the job that I have promoted to without doing work beyond my scope. I don't want to feel like I'm retaliated against and bullied in my job. What do I do?
