I’m broken

I have been downsized. I have been outsourced. I have been shitcanned. I have been determined to be a “”bad fit” at least twice. It's broken me. I used to be one of those weird people who actually enjoyed working. No matter what the job always gave it 100%. It shouldn't be legal, let alone accepted practice, for employers to throw their people away like used coffee cups. There should be laws in place dictating notice requirements and a minimum of 6mo severance with an option to extend to 1 year for long term and senior employees who may not be able to find new jobs easily.

I'm a person. Not a spare part.
