Hope someone can clarify this for me, idk if I'm thinking too hard or not. I'm in USA Oregon. Do I get my 10 and 30minute breaks based on scheduled shift or by how long I've been at work? For instance, if I'm scheduled to be at work for 6 1/2hrs but I often am able to leave at 5 1/2hrs, should I be getting a 30min break during that shift?
