I’m constantly belittled by one of the top physicians at our hospital

I’m a newer coworker (25f) at my hospital. I work in data analytics and business development for a few of our surgical groups. I’ve been in healthcare for 3 years now, in this position for a little over a year, and have two master’s degrees. I’m a newer coworker (25f) at my hospital. I work in data analytics and business development for a few of our surgical groups. I’ve been in healthcare for 3 years now, in this position for a little over a year, and have two master’s degrees.
Recently, our lead surgeon has been calling my personal phone and telling me what I can and can’t do in my job, basically telling me to butt out. He’s thrown around many negative comments my way saying I’m too young to know what I’m doing when he’s gotten my job title wrong. He’ll say “stay out of it, you’re in marketing.” My managers know this, but have not done anything to change it. He’s one of the top physicians in our hospital and I’m nervous for my job at this point.
I’ve started applying for a very select category of jobs, but I really only want to accept remote work now.
Do I get thicker skin? Do I start recording the phone calls? Any help or insight with the situation would be appreciated!!
