i’m looking for an out in my current job. the boss is a narcissistic arse and I don’t want to be in this industry. I applied for a few new jobs and one looked super promising, final stage interview and that. they seem to like me and it looks promising!
in case you couldn’t tell, I didn’t get it. they told me I was perfectly qualified and understood the job very well. BUT. here’s the kicker. they didn’t like that I don’t like my current job, despite them asking why I don’t like it (I said the environment is segregated and not friendly). they also said I wasn’t “passionate” enough about the role, well i’d I wasn’t I wouldn’t be telling you i’m qualified and that I want the job?
i’m done with it all.
