So you all know the story by now, over worked factory employees (manufacturing) and we're all pretty much fed up at this point but the money is good. We point out the flaws and inefficiencies around the factory and things either take half a year to change or they get swept up the rug. HR is absolute shit, the managers should be floor level, team leaders at best. I'm reciting my coworkers verbatim at this point.
I'd just like some tips as to going about this, should I get word going around the plant or should I just rely on the pent up frustrations of these middle aged men scared to lose their pensions to back me up in the heat of the speech?
It just pains me to see so many people getting used, forget the clout I just want to see people stand up for themselves.
