I really don’t even think they deserve my resignation letter, but here’s a little hint, they almost never check your references while hiring employees anyways. I’ve worked in 3 dental offices now, and all office managers of dental offices are all one in the same. Entitled, snobby, and never getting off of their high horse. They either hire you because you have that same ugly attitude so she’ll take you because you’ll fit right in, or because they’ve sniffed out that you are going to be the workhorse of the office and you are about to be the only employee there when the doctors need someone. So if you don’t mind them hidden away in their hole of an office sipping their diet cokes scanning Etsy for their 4 yr old granddaughters’ birthday party thats 7 months away, well then head straight to your local dental office and get yourself a job. Not only does every single patient hate walking into the dentist, so do the employees.
I do have a possible solution though, they should hire more male assistants and male receptionists. An office full of women “working together” is a terrible idea.
