Just found out the new person I'm training is making $4 more an hour. We have the same experience/there's no reason she should be making more than me.
Anyways I printed out the law that states you're allowed to discuss your wages with coworkers and wrote on a sticky note “new person makes xx, time to negotiate <3" and slide that into my other coworkers' mailboxes. I know they make less than the new person, and they're both single mothers who are struggling to keep afloat with this full-time job.
